How to Use:
Cut the Base into Small Cubes:
Slice the Ultra White Soap Base into small cubes to ensure quick and even melting. This helps maintain a smooth consistency and prevents uneven heating.
Melt Gently on Low Heat:
Use a double boiler or microwave on low heat to melt the base slowly. Avoid boiling, as overheating may reduce opacity and change the soap’s smooth texture.
Add Fragrance or Essential Oils:
Mix 1–2% fragrance once the base is melted. Stir gently to achieve even scent distribution without creating bubbles or affecting soap hardness.
Add Colors or Active Ingredients:
Incorporate oil-soluble colors, mica powders, or whitening ingredients as needed. Blend slowly to maintain the pure white finish and avoid streaks or graininess.
Pour into Moulds & Allow to Set:
Carefully pour the mixture into silicone moulds. Let it cool naturally at room temperature until fully set. Do not refrigerate to avoid sweating.
Demould, Trim & Pack:
Remove the soap once hardened. Trim edges for a professional finish and wrap immediately to preserve shine, moisture balance, and durability.
