How to Use
- Cut and Melt the Base
Cut the glycerin soap base into cubes and melt using a double boiler or microwave in 10–15 second intervals, ensuring it doesn’t overheat or boil.
- Add Fragrance Oils
Once melted, add 1–2% fragrance oil and stir gently. Use cosmetic-grade fragrance oils for better performance and long-lasting aroma in your final soap bars.
- Add Colours or Additives
Incorporate liquid colours, mica powders, herbs, exfoliants, or active ingredients and mix well to achieve your desired appearance, texture, and skin benefits.
- Pour into Moulds
Pour the melted base slowly into silicone moulds to avoid bubbles. Lightly spritz rubbing alcohol on top to remove any foam or surface bubbles.
- Let it Cool and Set
Allow the soap to cool at room temperature for 2–4 hours until fully hardened. Avoid refrigerating as it may cause sweating in finished bars.
- Unmould and Pack
Gently remove the soap bars from the moulds and wrap them in shrink film or airtight packaging to prevent glycerin dew and maintain product freshness.
