Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Returns are accepted only in the following cases: damaged, defective, or wrong products received. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or customized items.
To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery with order ID, clear photos/videos, and a short description. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-returnable items include used products, custom bulk packs, essential oils, fragrance oils, and clearance items.
If an error is ours, we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the buyer pays the return cost.
